When I am out seeking new talent, Im really busy. In fact, Im so busy, that I really have to manage my time well. I am on my phone waiting for the secretary to send the next applicant in, and thats when things get ridiculous. Ms Delacroix enters the room in a big yellow costume”. You know, one of those inflatable dealies that can turn anyone into a big girl. She can clearly see the look on mortification on my face as I take in this big yellow “fat suit” that she is wearing. I almost cant bring myself to spout words from my mouth as there is so much wrong in this picture. There is no doubt that there is a thin girl under this yellow inflatable suit. I don't care for her tone and so I lose patience quickly.

She is ordered to strip, leaving her standing in her teeny underwear. She tries to make excuses but Im not having any of it. Soon, she is seated naked upon the casting couch and she continues to discount anything I say. She doesn't care that there are tons of viable applicants that have stood for hours while she saunters in here with...that “outfit”. She doesn't even care that, to some BBWs, this is kind of insulting and might be taken as mockery. These auditions were to cast a larger and more voluptuous woman, and clearly this girl thought this joke would be funny. Not I. Not amused at all. I decide that she needs to be shown her error so I sit upon her and give her an idea of just how much bigger than her I am. Ms Delacroix struggles under me but still seems to think running her mouth will help the situation.

While she gives me a pitiful look, I tell her whats next: She will have to apologize to all the women outside waiting.... but without her stupid fat suit. When I am done lecturing, she stands and attempts to collect her suit. I motion her towards the door and move the suit away from her with my bare foot. Ms Delacroix made it into my company's history book of “worst audition ever”. Normally, I don't publish audition tapes of applicants, but this clip serves as a lesson to any person who decides to waste my time.
