It's that time of year where we're all getting sick.. Although I have to confess, I think my sickness is self-inflicted.. You see, I've been smoking an awful lot lately and it's caught up with me! I have a heavy chest infection and a loud, barking cough..

Listen as I wheeze, the air passing through my throat producing deep wheezing noises as it passes thick phlegm waiting to be coughed up.. 

Plenty of close up coughing shots, as well as me wheezing and trying (but failing!) to clear my throat..
