This video is unscripted & genuine. It was filmed in 4k but a small section was filmed on a secondary 1080 device.
I cannot fathom how much time has passed since I have tried to get the Renault running, I filled it up with a little fuel last time and checked it over but then I got covid so I am back to square one of finding out what the issue is with the car and finally get her running again!
It’s looking more like a barn find now but with a brand new battery I hope I can at least get the car started enough that I can move it and park it up properly.
After a few issues with the battery and some weird cranking sounds if I press the gas pedal while turning the engine over I start to wonder if the fuel has been sat in it so long in the sun that its gone bad, so I go out and get a fresh jerry can of new petrol and fill the car a little.
Turns out fuel is not the problem either as the engine just cranks with no signs of life :(
I give up and go inside for a google to see if I can find any clues as to what’s going wrong and that’s where I come up with a plan to get this old classic banger firing up and running again!
