I just came back form a nice run that made my feet extra stinky and sweaty, and since he loves my feet so much I give him the honour of breathing in my scent, and even tasting my socks!
I get a bit bored so I amuse myself trying to gag him with my socks, and once I feel he’s earned his treat I let him know. Do you believe he had the audacity to think he’d be getting a regular cookie? well, since he’s behave decently... I’ll give him his real treat. 
You’ll see him on his hands and knees watching my bare feet stepping on the already crushed cookie and then I allow him to eat his cookie from my feet! It’s so much fun seeing such a lowly creature debasing itself for food hahaha!!!
