You tell them they won’t look so pretty when their guts are squished out. You tell them that it’s going to be excruciatingly painful. Finally you slowly place your foot down on one of them, laughing slowly as you do so. You say 

“I can feel you struggling. You can’t get away. You pathetic little worm.”
You then slowly twist your foot and say
“I can feel you crunching and squishing.”
You then stomp hard a few times, calling her names as you do.
You then pick up the other girl.
“Now for you.. shall I eat you? No, I think I have a better idea.”
You then drop her in the bath and get in.
You play with her a little between your feet, and say
“Are you scared? You should be.”
You then press her against the wall of the bath with your foot, then say
“Bye bye.” 
And drag her under the water with your foot, then hold her there.
“Can you hold your breath?” You ask, then just hold her there for a long time, giggling.
Eventually you say
“You don’t seem to be struggling anymore.”

 

Then a few seconds later, let her go.  
Foot views mostly, but when the second doll is picked up, maybe bring it to your face. Maybe hold your mouth open and pretend for a second that you’re going to eat her.
