On a live podcast, he sneaks into the frozen prince's chamber and strips him naked to the delight of everyone in the kingdom. The prince can't do anything about his humiliation until the freeze spell is broken, which Richard is happy to do - But by then, it's far too late to run from from his royal embarrassment.
