18-year-old Jessie Russell finds himself - or rather, his feet - on display in front of his classmates. His biology teacher, Professor Richard Lennox, has "encouraged" him to volunteer for his next foot tickling demonstration to show how complex the human nervous system is. But is it "tapped him," or wrapped him?  Jessie's hands are bound behind his back and there's duct tape over his mouth, and he can't quite recall how he got here. But he doesn't like it at all. Professor Lennox drones on at the class about the human nervous system and reflexes while tickling the poor, trapped 18 year old's feet. Are you even paying attention? You're only taking this class because Basket Weaving 101 was full. But what about Jessie Russel, the student? As Mr. Lennox tickles his feet, first through his stinky socks, then peeling them off to tickle his bare feet with his fingertips, then with other sinister objects (A feather duster?! Oh, my God!), Jessie increasingly loses control. He squealing and squirming around, and the boring teacher clearly has quite a grip on his ankles to keep him immobile... Someone may want to bring Jessie a towel and a change of underwear... Maybe some oxygen...
