Inside, after looking around a bit, Villain confronts UG. Some mixed wrestling. UG pins the Villain down, sitting on his chest. Villain injects UG with truth serum. UG is dazed and Villain asks her the source of her power. UG says her belt.  Villain asks if a cloth filled w fumes will ko her..  UG says yes.  Villain knocks out UG.  Fondles her.  Takes her belt.  Ties her wrists behind her, ties her knees and ankles.  Villain throws UG OTS and carries her off screen.
 
Villain carries UG to a car.  Puts ko'ed  UG in trunk.  Fondles her a little more. Shuts trunk.  Drives off 
 
Scene 2
Villain’s car arrives in warehouse.  Villain carries UG OTS from the car into the warehouse.
 
Scene 3
UG is resting in the warehouse, tied in strappado position. UG wakes up, sees her predicament and defiantly protests. Villain taunts UG, places her power belt at her feet where she is looking down at it. “What’s the matter UG?  All you need to do is get your belt and break free.”  
 
UG struggles.  Villain fondles UG on her ass and body.  UG protests loudly. 
Villain ballgags UG because she’s too loud.  Villain swats UG’s ass as he leaves her to struggle.
 
A minute or so later, Villain returns, taking UG’s shoes as a trophy, UG up on her stockinged tippy toes in her helpless strappado position.  He leaves her to struggle.
