It's the evening I have waited a long time for but instead of sitting in my front row concert seat, I'm sat at the side of a country road, all dressed up and waiting for a recovery truck because my car has broken down. After waiting over an hour and my calls bring put on hold, I decide to try to get the car started myself… But what does a girl like me know about cars?
I'm not a hands on kind of girl but in my heels and expensive fur coat, I crank the engine in vain, then stumble my way along the rocky road in these unsuitable high heels to try and open the bonnet.
Discouraged, I crank the car some more but the battery comes loose. It’s not my day, but it’s not over yet…
I manage to sort the battery and with a stroke of luck the car finally starts up! Confused and suspicious, I rev the engine then turn it off and back on - perfect!
I call my breakdown company to cancel my rescue and begin to drive off in a hurry to make the concert….
Or do I? Turns out, I’m not so lucky after all...
