Description

Lottie has to play second fiddle to her step-sister. Again. And amidst all the party balloons she wants to get noticed herself. So she hits on a plan. She is wearing a white dress and pantyhose and decides to destroy both bit by bit as she pops her step-sister's party balloons. She starts by cutting holes in the dress and her nylons then she puts a heel through a balloon. By the time she is finished only the battered top of the dress remains and the pantyhose are gone completely. So are the balloons. But now Lottie has to clear up the mess herself.
