Vallery and Wilson have been arguing about who is more out of shape. They both think the other is fatter and not able to exercise for long periods of time. These two fatties decide to go through an exercise challenge to see who really is the fattest. Wilson starts off super confident, thinking she can bet Vallery easily. But as they work through the exercises (jogging in place, wall sits, squats, leg kicks, jumping jacks and burpes) Wilson has to stop before Vallery and even cheats some of the moves. Both girls struggle with the workout, but Wilson clearly can do much less than Vallery. Vallery teases and humiliates Wilson for losing and being so out of shape.
