This imprompu clip was quite a fun one! I went to go put my purse into my sisters room and saw this big exercise ball in there and I was like hmmm I kind of want to try this and then I got to thinking I DO have my camera and I bet it would be sexy to watch my jiggly blubber bod bounce on this ball! My soft fleshy rolls sure do bounce a lot while i'm squashing this poor ball, especially my doughy double belly and even my supple arms bounce so much! After I have some fun the ball under my weight, I try what this ball is meant for..sit ups. I don't know how people do it! I couldn't do that many before I became out of breath and it hurt my poor belly. You can see by my face what pain I'm in just from this little work out..ugh! Hope you enjoy!
