We love the frogtie. That's the rope position when someone is on their knees, with ropes tied around their legs so they can't straighten them out, thus making them remain on their knees, about the only thing they can possibly do in the position is to get down onto their belly on the floor.

Although we love this position, it does have its issues. The first is that few people can sustain it for too long, especially tied on a hard surface. And there are issues with where to place the ropes and how to do the tricky cinching. We share our hints and tips of the best ways we've found of doing it.

Once we've done that we complete the tie with an elbows-together wrists-together tie and we also describe some of the issues to be aware of and how to tie things like that without them tightening up.
