Take socks out sneakers.  "My toes are itching."  Inspect toes.  "Hmm.im getting athletes feet again."  Put on socks and shoes talking about plans for day.  "Gotta go to store and get some foot spray."  Walk away.  Come back in with spray.  Kick off shoes.  Describe smell that hits you.  Begin itching toes.  Use foot scratcher.  Talk about symptoms, smell, etc.  "I am going to cover his face with these socks.  Fungus socks (laugh)"
Take off socks and medicate feet.  Sniff socks and stuff in shoes.
