In the previous lesson, I introduced the concept of gnosis to my submissive aspirants. I went over various methods that magick practitioners use to accomplish this. One of those methods I mentioned was meditation, a form of inhibitory gnosis.

I am not too sure how many of my submissives actually know how to meditate, and I recall learning how to do so myself and how challenging it was at first. I decided the solution would be to create a guided meditation for you all, so that you can become more comfortable with the idea of meditating and what it would feel like without stress.

This guided meditation is laced with embedded commands. Neuro-Linguistic Programming suggestions are very compatible with guided meditation, so I made sure to combine them beautifully.

I encourage you to listen to this video in a place where you will not be distracted. Headphones are not necessary. You can replay this audio only content as often as you need to on your journey to reach gnosis.
