Have camera behind you. Be seated in chair at desk. Start with dirty white socks with feet slipped out shoes. Start scene using pen to itch bottom of feet and toes.

"uhh itchy!" Keep itching toes with pen and fingers. "fuck this athletes foot." Kick off shoes and keep itching feet. Look at camera. "Oh hey. Yeah my feet are itching. (itch foot in hand) Oh you want to sniff again. (Itch and make face) "ok, but my athletes is being crazy." Sit on floor and stretch feet out in front of you. "You just love my sweaty feet huh? Or you just cant get enough of my itchy athletes foot." (Itch foot real good) "No you can't have my socks. My bare feet will mess up these shoes. one last itch. "fine, ok." take off socks and throw at camera. put back on shoes. be seated again barefoot itching with pen. "time to clock out. look up. "oh hey, back for more?" prop bare feet out. told you my feet are bad. shoe inside of shoes. scratch bare feet and tease talk til end.
