It looks like Ive badly sprained my calf during dance practice. I try to stretch and massage it, hoping that the pain will go away before my big party tonight, but nothing seems to work. Even after elevating my foot up on a pillow, the pain just seems to get worse.

I decide that I can ignore the pain, and try on my outfit for the evening. Maybe if I practice walking in my heels, eventually Ill learn to deal with the pain enough to still have a great night. Unfortunately, things dont go too well, and I wind up falling down over and over, increasing the pain with each failed attempt.
