Doctor Kitzi begins by lightly touching Quin's foot and this gets a frightened reaction from the patient. Kitzi assures Quin that nothing bad will happen and begins tickling her foot with her wicked fingers. Quin squeals and begs her to stop, squirming, trying her best to get away but the strait jacket limits her movements horribly. Quin is desperate but there is no getting away from the evil tickle fiend Kitzi Klown!
