I've gained 20 lbs since June and of course it being New Years I'm going to TRY to lose weight, again. I look so cute and curvy in my teal yoga pants and sports bra. I start with crunches, barely able to get off the ground. My pudgy tummy getting in the way. Next are leg lifts. I lift my thick thighs all the way up, and back down, over and over until I can't anymore. I follow that up with a plank, my stomach hanging below me, almost touching the ground. Each new move I try makes my fat wiggle and jiggle.
