Description
Ticklante arrives at the crime scene of Councilwoman Lafferton's ticklish demise. He, Jane Dewey (Whitney Morgan) and Mr. Steppes (Chi Footlove) decide to work together, to discover the identity of the councilwoman's attacker.

Our hero calls his assistant, Rose E. Soles (Allegra) and tells her to investigate Tina the Tickler (Catherine Foxx). Rose immediately assumes Tina did it, kicks her door in and jumps her! Before long, their fight becomes a rib-tickling laugh-fest, but soon the An-Nylonator (Daniella Deviant) walks in on them! The sexy, scarlet-clad villainess K.Os them and ties them up.

In no time, the evil vixen has both Rose and Tina howling and screaming with laughter as she tickles their wildly squirming bare feet! It's a symphony of tickle-agonized cackling and yowling as the An-Nylonator has her way with two amazingly ticklish pairs of feet! Once she's done, the crafty villainess plants the evidence of Councilwoman Lafferton's demise on both Rose and Tina!

Later, Mr. Steppes waits at Jane's office for Councilwoman Chase (Indica), but is instead met by a surprise visitor! To be continued! A lot happens in this one! Don't miss it! (1080)
