There are smothered pork chops, macaroni and cheese, Louisiana style chicken strips, seasoned fries, and a few rolls, because this was 2 complete dinner plates. The first thing that Candy has to try is the mac and cheese, and she is impressed. She wishes she could get the recipe for this dish to make it herself. It's creamy, a little crunchy in some places but soft in most. It's an awesome baked mac and cheese that Candy will probably see again in the near future. The fries are seasoned and Candy refers to them as being really nice. The chicken strips are spicy but very delicious. One of the rolls is used to make a little chicken sandwich that keeps Candy quiet for a few moments. The smothered pork chops are in an amazing gravy, and it is so heavy that some of the breading is trying to come off one of those chops. Candy cleans the bones on those pork chops before finishing up the mac and cheese and then pushing the table aside for a big belly rub.
