He fucks up every question involving women, and the music plays as cruel host tickles Jeff's bare feet. His feet are tickled with fingertips, a giant feather, a hairbrush... Even when he answers right, the points system seems arbitrary and stacked against the loser. Is this show just a ploy for the pervy game show host to get to tickle male feet?
