PART 2:
Prop feet out in front of you.  "Damn baby, my feet are on fire.  I got a bad case of athletes foot."  Kick off heels.  Play on phone.  Describe smell.  Itch toes while talking about athletes foot, feet itching at work, co worker lent you foot spray, etc. "Hmm I am going to try this study about ting.  They say they will provide you with a bottle of ting to participate."  Itch with scratcher.  "Good cause I am almost out.  You done smelling?  This itching and burning is driving me crazy?  One last sniff."  Spray feet through stockings.
