Ama Rio is kinda sensitive about her laugh.  Sablique Von Lux was just offstage during Ama's last tickling video, giggling up a storm at Ama's laugh, and Ama's whole predicament in general.  While Sablique was amused, Ama was not.  So, she's decided to teach Sablique a lesson, by locking her in the stocks for a taste of what she got!

Sablique tries desperately to get Ama to see how funny her situation was, but makes the (further) mistake of mention how Ama's "big ol' feet" were flailing around.  Ama points out that she and Sablque wear the same size shoes, then goes to town on Sablique's furiously flailing, super-ticklish feet!  Sablique howls and cackles up a storm as her big, bare feet come under relentless tickle   At the very end Ama even gets a hand from me!
