Dressed in an orange sports bra and tight black spandex workout pants, barefoot Tillie is an annoyingly cheerful fitness instructor. She effortlessly jogs, jumps, kicks and slides in a workout routine that her less motivated pupil (a seen-only-from-behind Ariel Anderssen) finds exhausting and irritating. So, the pupil decides to slow the vexing instructor down by tying each of Tillie’s wrists to her corresponding ankle. But this doesn’t really phase the fanatic fitness buff who finds she can still do leg lifts, hoisting each pretty pointed-toe ped into the air with alarming speed and intensity. The pupil retaliates with more rope, this time pulling Tillie’s knees tight to her breasts with coils encircling her from thighs to back. A knotted cloth gag also helps dampen the volume of her voice. Unfortunately, Tillie still keeps up the routine with cyborgean determination. The ultimate solution for the pupil is to tie the already-bound blond to the base of the couch. As the pupil departs to go have a nice bar of chocolate, Tillie is left fastened to the furniture, struggling to escape. As she futilely attempts to untie herself, we are treated to lingering views of red-tipped toes flexing and pointing from the exertion. This clip will definitely give the viewer a healthy cardio workout.
