 Sinthia is a high profile customer of a luxury shoe boutique who has a track record of treating the sales people poorly. Today is no different. Cali tries her best to accommodate the shoe snob during their private fitting appointment, but Sinthia simply cant be pleased. 

Sinthia tries on every pair of shoes Cali has chosen for her and insulted each one...Cali can no longer take being disrespected and decides to teach Sinthia a lesson in manners. She takes out rope and binds Sinthia to the chair, then cleave gags her to keep her quiet. We wouldnt want the customers in the front lobby to hear all the commotion! 

In an effort to further irritate the snobby Sinthia, Cali takes photos of her bound and gagged, then calls security to take care of the rest.
